Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for weekend occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with dining and event teams for seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (Fri-Sun)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and reservation system knowledge
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for valet positions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Tennessee Food Handler certification (if applicable to role)
