Responsibilities
- Perform Night Audits: Accurately balance daily hotel financials, including room revenue, taxes, and miscellaneous charges, using our property management system.
- Guest Services: Welcome guests upon check-in, verify reservations, and provide directions or local recommendations with a smile.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and resolve guest inquiries efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Security & Safety: Conduct regular security rounds of the property to ensure guest and staff safety, secure doors, and monitor surveillance systems.
- Cash Handling: Manage petty cash, credit card settlements, and print nightly reports with strict adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience or prior Night Audit experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional demeanor and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
