Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems with 99% accuracy
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues with 24-hour turnaround
- Coordinate with night audit and security teams for operational excellence
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions
- Process cash/credit transactions and balance nightly reports
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Handle emergency procedures and crisis management protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual ability preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Basic knowledge of hotel security procedures and emergency protocols
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
