Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process all financial transactions accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor building security and surveillance systems to ensure guest safety.
- Assist with wake-up calls and room service coordination.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment throughout the night.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
