Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Respond to guest requests 24/7 with empathy and problem-solving expertise
- Maintain security protocols and emergency response procedures overnight
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling with strict adherence to policies
- Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records in our PMS system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
- Valid Minnesota hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and services
