Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using PMS software
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Monitor safety protocols during overnight operations
- Perform nightly audit and report preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Zero experience necessary – full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly advantageous
