Responsibilities
- Guest assistance during evening and overnight hours, including check-ins and special requests
- Monitor hotel premises and ensure security protocols are followed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and according to procedures
- Maintain detailed logs of activities and guest interactions
- Assist with valet services and parking management
- Support front desk operations during low-traffic periods
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
