Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas following industry-leading protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Execute detailed room turnovers meeting brand standards within 30-minute intervals
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism during overnight hours
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information and property access protocols
- Collaborate with security team for seamless overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hospitality setting
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record (for supply runs)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards and chemical safety
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
