Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed brand standards
- Stock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and service areas
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to hotel security procedures during night shift operations
- Collaborate with front desk and security teams for seamless guest service
- Maintain accurate records of room status and cleaning supplies
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Detroit location
