Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas following established protocols
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards including COVID-19 protocols
- Collaborate with overnight security and engineering teams for seamless operations
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure quality standards
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or commercial settings
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail with quality-focused mindset
