Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Manage linen inventory, restock amenities, and maintain supply closets
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on room status updates
- Adhere to safety and security procedures during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with front desk and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute detailed room inspections before guest arrivals
- Handle special requests with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for on-site shuttle operations)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards and chemical safety
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Background check and drug test required
