Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Restock amenities and toiletries while maintaining supply rooms
- Report maintenance issues and assist with guest requests during overnight hours
- Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before morning shift handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license for potential supply runs
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
