Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct nightly inspections of all rooms to verify adherence to brand standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Restock guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the engineering and housekeeping management teams immediately.
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff during the overnight hours.
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Manage and organize the housekeeping closet and storage areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (optional but preferred).
