Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and guest check-ins/check-outs during the night shift.
- Manage overnight security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Perform nightly financial reconciliations and prepare daily operational reports.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Monitor hotel facilities to ensure they are clean, secure, and fully operational.
- Enforce company policies and safety standards during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel management or front desk supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of night audit procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is a plus.
