Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals/departures
- Coordinate transportation services and local area recommendations
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and efficiency
- Maintain meticulous documentation of guest interactions and incidents
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Prepare end-of-night reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Proven night shift or overnight service background
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of Houston's nightlife, dining, and attractions
