Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and professionalism during overnight hours
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure seamless shift transitions
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Texas Driver's License (for property errands if needed)
