Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/out processes using PMS systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor security protocols and manage access control for guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Prepare end-of-night reports and update guest information systems
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Houston area attractions and services
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events
- High school diploma or equivalent required
