Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for late-night arrivals with efficiency and a warm welcome.
- Monitor the property's security systems and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Answer and route incoming calls, responding to guest inquiries regarding local amenities and services.
- Process payments, manage room keys, and maintain accurate daily shift logs.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of guest information and tasks.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues that arise during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, calm demeanor.
