As a Night Shift Agent, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and secure. Enjoy a unique work-life balance with our night shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Register Guests: Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to guest requests via phone, email, or in-person regarding amenities, directions, and local attractions.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during the night hours.
- Guest Services: Assist with concierge services, wake-up calls, and room service coordination.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk computer systems, handle cash transactions, and balance the till at the end of the shift.
- Maintenance Checks: Conduct regular walkthroughs of the hotel to identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the Mesa Grand Hotel brand standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
