Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly with solutions-focused approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident documentation
- Execute cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
- Process room key assignments and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure overnight environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Miami-Dade County food handler card (if applicable)
