Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for overnight operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a calm demeanor
- Monitor lobby security and access control procedures
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and report preparation
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (if required for errands)
