Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocation for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure property security protocols
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage key inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during late-night hours
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of SF tourism attractions and transport
