Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and reservations are accurate.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally, resolving issues directly or escalating them to the management team.
- Monitor security cameras and building access points to ensure the safety and security of all guests and property assets.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are well-lit, clean, and welcoming for late-night arrivals.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to the maintenance department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
