Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and with a focus on service recovery.
- Conduct nightly security rounds, verify all doors and windows are secure, and report any maintenance issues.
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or guest relations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
