Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and with a focus on service recovery.
  • Conduct nightly security rounds, verify all doors and windows are secure, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Prepare nightly reports and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
  • Assist with housekeeping coordination and ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or guest relations is preferred but not required.
  • Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
