Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Update reservation systems and maintain guest records accurately
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure lobby area security
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
