Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Handle reservation inquiries, billing disputes, and special requests with precision
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures for guest safety
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent guest needs
- Act as primary communication hub for overnight staff and external vendors
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and ensure seamless handover to day team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong multitasking ability in high-pressure situations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability to cover weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
