Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using OPERA system
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel safety protocols are maintained
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Prepare nightly reports and manage wake-up call services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (OPERA preferred)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Basic knowledge of Seattle area attractions and services
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
