Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and amenities.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure building safety and security protocols are followed.
- Perform nightly security rounds and verify the security of all doors and windows.
- Assist guests with special requests, including wake-up calls and luggage assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space throughout the night shift.
- Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the appropriate department immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus.
