Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payments accurately.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and amenities.
  • Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure building safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Perform nightly security rounds and verify the security of all doors and windows.
  • Assist guests with special requests, including wake-up calls and luggage assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space throughout the night shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the appropriate department immediately.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
