Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining daily financial logs.
- Monitor property security and safety protocols during the overnight hours.
- Maintain a pristine appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
