Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using hotel management software
- Resolve guest complaints and service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations during night shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Prepare end-of-night reports and update guest information systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Nevada gaming work card (if applicable to property)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
