Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge support
- Execute meticulous housekeeping duties for guest rooms and common areas
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage transactions and maintain inventory
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Minnesota food handler/servers permit (if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
