Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Perform nightly security patrols of the property to ensure guest safety.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with the Night Audit process, including balancing accounts and generating reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
