Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for late-night arrivals and early morning departures.
- Perform nightly audits, including cash handling, reconciliation, and credit card verifications.
- Monitor building security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a premium, personalized touch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process wake-up calls, requests, and service orders efficiently.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
