Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Strip and make beds according to strict hotel brand standards and inspection guidelines.
- Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture, fixtures, and furnishings to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and replenish mini-bars in guest suites.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to time management schedules to maximize room turnover efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
