Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration information is accurate and payment is processed correctly.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk console to respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
- Monitor security cameras and door access systems to ensure the safety of guests and property during the night shift.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and restocking amenities as needed.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
