In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours and the last to ensure their stay is comfortable. You will manage check-ins, handle inquiries, and maintain the highest standards of security and cleanliness throughout the night.

Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for late-arriving guests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a 5-star service standard.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Coordinate with the day shift team and maintenance staff to resolve any facility issues or emergencies during the night.
- Process payments and manage the night audit to ensure accurate financial records.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are tidy and welcoming throughout the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) or basic computer skills required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
