Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision using property management systems
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly
- Monitor security protocols and access control for overnight safety
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Prepare end-of-night reports and reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain lobby area cleanliness and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
