Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out processes with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and routing inquiries.
- Maintain the lobby area to the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Assist with building security protocols and access control for staff and guests.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) or willingness to learn.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
