As the face of our property during the night hours, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel safe, comfortable, and valued. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person promptly.
- Handle front desk operations, including key card distribution, cash handling, and processing payments.
- Monitor building security systems and ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and any special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment throughout your shift.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, though we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
