In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel for our evening and late-night guests. You will manage all front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and security.

Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts and reconcile daily financial transactions with accuracy.
- Respond to incoming calls and guest inquiries promptly, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel property, monitoring security cameras and access control systems.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with laundry services and housekeeping coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, or Receptionist in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and reservation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
