Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, verifying identity and processing payments accurately.
- Manage the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room issues or requests.
- Process wake-up calls and assist with valet parking operations if required.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or guest services role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night hours with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
