Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle reservation modifications, payment processing, and cash management with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor surveillance systems and implement emergency protocols as needed
- Prepare end-of-night reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Create personalized experiences for VIP and repeat guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions and documentation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced overnight environments
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
