Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying payment and room details.
- Answer incoming calls, manage email correspondence, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Perform night audits, including reconciling daily financial transactions and closing the day's financial reports.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure guest safety and security, conducting regular rounds of the property.
- Assist with light cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment for morning arrivals.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Manage key card systems and maintain the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night auditing is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
