We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Shift Front Desk Agent to join our elite team at Metro Properties Management in the heart of Oklahoma City. Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for late-arriving guests with efficiency and a welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor building security systems and conduct routine patrols of common areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails, handling resident inquiries and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with on-call maintenance staff to resolve emergency or routine issues during the overnight shift.
- Process payments, manage keys, and maintain accurate digital logs of all visitor activity.
- Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner.
- Proficient in using property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, or similar).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail in data entry.
