Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Answer and screen phone lines professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Monitor building security, including fire safety and access control for guests and staff.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as reporting spills or repairs to the maintenance team.
- Process payments and reconcile daily night reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
