Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying registration information and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Manage key card systems and ensure the lobby is secure during the night hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software (PMS).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light furniture or luggage.
