Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key issuance.
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular rounds of the property to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and coordinate with housekeeping for late-night room preparation.
- Handle wake-up calls, baggage storage, and local area information requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software.
