Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security departments for seamless operations
- Operate PMS systems and manage reservation systems
- Assist with emergency protocols and safety procedures overnight
- Perform nightly audits and report generation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and transportation
