Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately and securely.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage the lobby console, and respond to guest inquiries via email.
- Conduct nightly security rounds to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process wake-up calls and assist with valet parking coordination.
- Resolve minor guest complaints and escalate complex issues to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphone technology.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
