Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Process guest requests, including housekeeping coordination and amenity distribution.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Perform light administrative duties such as opening mail and updating guest profiles.
- Assist with light cleaning and maintenance of the lobby area to maintain a pristine atmosphere.
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during quiet hours.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be detail-oriented and trustworthy.
